Adam Bratten

SPORTS PERFORMANCE COACH
CSCS, NSCA-CPT, MAT, RTSM

Adam Bratten is a strength and conditioning coach who specializes in sports performance. He has played, coached and trained athletes from high school to the pros. His athletes range in age from 10 to 91 but his focus recently has been on the high school athlete. The main focus of his training methodology is to train intentionally and with a purpose.

He put together a proprioceptive training model for ACL injury prevention for some orthopedic doctors in North Carolina and has been instrumental in preparing his athletes for their respective sports. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1998 with a BA in Biology and Chemistry from Hastings College. He played intercollegiate football and basketball while at Hastings College and was also a football coach and strength coach for the college from 1996-2000 and was inducted into the Hastings College Athletic Hall of Fame in 2008.

In addition to training youth athletes he has worked with several professional executives as well as stay at-home moms whose schedules are less than conducive much of the time for consistency in the gym. He has formulated programs and diets for them based on individual needs to they can succeed. One of Adam’s current clients have lost 80 lbs. in a little over 6 months by following his training and diet plan!

Adam has received numerous certifications in sports performance and biomechanics and holds two prestigious certifications including Greg Roskopf’s Muscle Activation Techniques as well as a Resistance Training Specialist Mastery Certification. He is highly sought after by athletes in volleyball, football, lacrosse, and hockey for his expertise in injury prevention, speed, agility and power development.
